A video of a woman in Bengaluru left the country shocked recently after she accused a Zomato delivery person of assaulting her and running away with the order after he delivered it late. However, this isn't the first, or second or even third time a food-delivery service has been embroiled in a controversy. The girl is supposed to be an influencer on the social media site namely Instagram. The girl is supposed to falsely accuse the delivery guy by taking advantage of being a woman. Somewhere in the corner of the mind, we all think that the woman took undue advantage of being the opposite sex. The delivery boy when questioned by the media stated that the woman beat him with her slippers on being late due to heavy traffic. As soon as the interview of the delivery boy came, Twitter was abuzz with the question “who is the real victim?”. A lot of people shared the video on social media and as a result, it became viral and got on the side of the girl. After the interview of the delivery boy came up, thousands of memes of using victim card came up and eventually sided the guy. The real truth behind the controversy is known only to the two who are accused by each other. Favouring anyone cannot be the wise decision and hence stay tuned until the next blog comes up.
